Domaine Baud Génération 9
The BAUD estate is located in the heart of the Jura vineyards, at the foot of Château Chalon and just a stone's throw from the Baume les Messieurs retreat.
Independent winegrowers since 1742, we produce a wide range of wines under 6 appellations: AOC Côte du Jura, AOC Château Chalon, AOC Etoile, AOC Crémant du Jura, AOC Eaux de vie du Jura and Macvin du Jura.
The family estate has been handed down from generation to generation, sharing its historic know-how and ancestral expertise. The estate has been run by the 9th generation, Clémentine and Bastien, since 1 January 2016.
Our vineyard is spread over 25 hectares of vines, with an annual production of 150,000 bottles, 30% of which is Crémant du Jura. We also produce fruity wines and traditional wines for laying down. Most of our production is sold throughout France to hotels, restaurants and wine merchants. We also take part in 25 wine fairs a year to sell our wines.
Since 2014, the estate has been certified Terra Vitis, a label recognising environmental practices. We also use integrated farming methods, with the aim of producing quality wines according to weather conditions and vintage variations.

Hours :
All year round, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. Mondays by appointment. Annual closure: week 52 and 1.
