Château de Saulon - Restaurant deux Rivières
Château de Saulon is a classic 17th-century building nestling in 27 hectares of majestic parkland, just a stone's throw from the Route des Grands Crus.
In 2018 and 2019, in collaboration with the interior design agency Rinck, the family residence is being redesigned to create an elegant and welcoming hotel. The architectural and decorative concept is a tribute to Burgundy and its region.
The establishment is committed to sustainable development: a vegetable garden has been laid out and the château grounds are home to animals for eco-pasturing. As a result, the château has regained its original warm and friendly atmosphere.
The establishment offers 42 rooms, divided between the main building and the outbuildings. Each room offers a breathtaking view of its surroundings: the swimming pool or the park in the case of the château, the river or the woods in the case of the longère, and the French-style vegetable gardens in the case of the pavilion.
The château has three large conference rooms to suit all requirements, including two lounges in the château with natural light. A bar, lounge and library complete the main building, as do an outdoor swimming pool, ornamental garden and orangery.
To enhance guests' stay at the château, the Deux Rivières bistronomic restaurant offers a cuisine based on local produce and produce from the château's orchards. The wine list features over a hundred Burgundy wines.
