Open to the public all year round, except 1 May, 25 Dec and 1 Jan. 

Apr – Oct: open 7 days a week
    - garden: 9.30am-6pm
    - greenhouses: 9.30-11.45am & 1-5.45pm
    - shop: 9.30am-12 noon & 1-5.45pm

Nov – Mar: open 7 days a week*
    - garden: 9.30am-12 noon & 1-5pm
    - greenhouses: 9.30-11.45am & 1-4.45pm

*For safety reasons, the park is closed in the event of snow or ice.

This living, botanical museum is one of the largest in Europe, with 12,000 unusual and surprising rare and threatened species grown with skill and care in 35-hectare gardens and 2,500 m² of tropical greenhouses. There's also an unbeatable view of the city!
