Canoe Kayak :
This guided tour is suitable for all those who wish to explore the city centre from the water and take advantage of historical commentaries on Toulouse's heritage. The route takes in the Quai de Tounis, Saint-Michel lock, the Prairie des Filtres, the Pont Neuf, the Hôtel Dieu and La Daurade.

Stand Up Paddle :
After a 15 minute briefing, you will be on the Garonne River for 45 minutes and will enjoy a round trip on the water in complete autonomy. This sport is complete, it uses all the muscles of your body, but above all it is a fun way to improve your balance. A real breath of fresh air that allows you to feel calm and in harmony with your surroundings.

Good to know :
- This activity is available from the end of June to October.
- The departure point is at the Port Viguerie, in the historic centre of Toulouse (left bank, next to the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques).
- Canoes are 2-seaters in which you won't get wet.
- Equipment is supplied. You must be able to swim.
- Granhòta instructors are there to supervise you (equipment, briefing, launching, supervision).
- Children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult.
- Other half-day or full-day services are available from Portet-sur-Garonne or Clermont-le-Fort, including a canoeing trip to discover the Ariège-Garonne Regional Nature Reserve.
- This activity is accessible to people with disabilities if accompanied.
- Canoes and kayaks can be hired independently.
- Groups can also book a private tour.
