Step 1: Select your destination
Want a change of scenery? To go away for a weekend to discover a different destination or to visit again but differently? The offer is rich and adapts to you: a short stay in Tours? A long weekend in Lyon? A few days of vacation on the Côte d'Azur? A week in Alsace? All this and more is possible thanks to the Pass-France. Select the destination of your desire and the Tourist Pass which will open up a whole bunch of possibilities: visits included to museums, castles, exceptional parks, artists' houses, local product factories, tastings, etc.
It all starts with a click: select the destination of your next trip!
Step 2: Select your type of Tourist Pass
Once you have selected the destination that interests you, you will have an overview of the destination and the offer of the different Tourist Passes proposed. You will find Passes for short stays of 24 or 48 hours, the time to spend a good weekend while discovering a city and its surroundings. But you will also find Passes of longer duration: 3 days, 5 days, 7 days to spend a vacation and take advantage of the rich offer of the destination. Each destination has its specific Passes well adapted to the most frequent types of stays. Sometimes it is a Pass with a longer duration allowing you to choose 3 or 5 activities from all the activities offered. In each destination you will find information on the Passes and their prices as well as the mode of operation and the General Conditions of Sale. What is common to all Passes: they are activated with the first use and expire according to their duration.
Step 3: Collect points on your account
Once you have found the Pass that best corresponds to the stay you wish to make, add it to the basket and go to the next step where you will create your account. You will be asked for your contact details: name, first name, email address, password. Remember that your email address is your ID and it is up to you to define your password. With the ID and password you will be able to reconnect as much as you want to check your passes or loyalty points or buy new passes.
Once your Pass-France account is created you will move on to the next step of secure payment by credit card.
In most cases you will receive your pass by return email in PDF format. Only in some cases the Pass has the form of a physical card and by presenting the confirmation email you can go to the Tourist Office of the destination to collect it.
Please note that with each purchase of Pass(es) you receive 10% of the amount spent in the form of loyalty points on your account, thus creating a loyalty kitty.
For your following purchases you can use these points to pay for a new Pass in full or in part. If during payment your loyalty points are not enough to pay for it, you can complete the payment by credit card. And each new purchase will entitle you to 10% of the points on your personal kitty! You are always a winner!
Step 4: All of France on your mobile
Once you have purchased the pass, download the Pass-France mobile application from one of the stores (Google Play or Apple Store) depending on your smartphone. Keep it among your favorites. You will have a real guide in your pocket to discover destinations and plan trips alone or with family or friends.
This application will allow you to connect to your account and retrieve the Pass(es) purchased. You will then be able to show their Qrcode at the entrance to each site to visit. You will be able to view all the sites included in your Pass, create your favorites list, sort according to your preferences, consult your visit history. And finally tell your friends and family about your stay!
For certain destinations where public transport is included or other services, we also advise you to download the Pass mobile application for the chosen destination, always from one of the 2 stores. This is the case for La Rochelle or Nantes. The destination's mobile application can provide you with additional information.
