	<li>The period of validity (30 days) is automatically counted down (to the nearest hour) when you visit one of the Pass C&ocirc;te d&#39;Azur France listed sites for the first time.</li>
	<li>The C&ocirc;te d&#39;Azur France Pass cannot be exchanged or refunded in the event of theft, loss, total or partial non-use, damage or due to the closure or exceptional unavailability of a partner site.</li>
	<li>The reduced rate applies to children aged between 4 and 12.</li>

Visit to Fort Sainte-Agnès (Maginot Line military structure)

As if rising from the hillside to the south of the village, discover the Sainte-Agn&egrave;s military fort. Set into the rock, it was used to repel the Italians in June 1940!

Suspended on a rocky outcrop on the French-Italian border, Sainte-Agn&egrave;s has always been a coveted defensive post. In the 16th century, on the border between the domains of the Count of Provence and Genoa, the House of Savoy built its first fortifications. As the last rampart of the Maginot Line, the fort was its final southern bastion. A veritable underground city, it boasts 2,000 m&sup2; of galleries and rooms with ultra-modern facilities for the time: kitchen, power plant, hospital, etc., and 3 exhibition rooms on the site&#39;s history and excavations.
