HOW TO GET A DIJON CITY PASS
The Dijon City Pass * is sent in an email after you have completed an online booking (e-ticket). *Public transport not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The Dijon City Pass is valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours, depending on the package chosen.
• It is activated as soon as it is used in one of the partner sites.
• The pass is valid for 1 person and can be used once per site over the period for which it is valid.
• Some activities (guided tours, Philip the Good Tower, etc.) must be reserved. Please ask at the tourist office.
• Before visiting a partner site, we advise that you check the opening times. Details and opening times of sites can be found on the app or on our website.

The Pass gives you access to a wide range of cultural activities. There are over 30 sites, activities, museums and Burgundy heritage sites and monuments, such as the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, Philip the Good Tower, Château du Clos Vougeot and Fontenay Abbey. You can also enjoy guided tours or audio-guided tours in foreign languages, wine tastings in wine cellars and wineries, tastings of regional gourmet specialities, and attractive offers and discounts, etc.
The digital version of the Dijon City Pass does not include transport.
How do I activate the City Card?
The Dijon City Pass has a QR Code that you simply have to present at the places you visit.
The City Card is activated upon the first use in one of the included activities and remains valid for the chosen duration (24 or 48 consecutive hours).
Terms and conditions of use
The Dijon City Pass is for individual use only. It is personal and non-transferable.
Guided tours in the museums are not included in the Dijon City Pass.
If lost, stolen, improperly or not used, the Dijon City Pass will not be replaced or refunded.
The Tourist Office will not be liable for any closings or exceptional free entrance at any of the partner sites or if the Dijon City Pass holder may already benefit from free entrance due to age or status.
The Tourist Office will not be liable for any strikes or incidents in the public transport system.

Do I need to book certain services?
Some services (guided tours, the Philippe le Bon tower, tasting...) need an advance booking. Find out more at the Tourist Office or check on the app.
Is the Pass financially attractive for children?
The Dijon City Pass is primarily designed for adults over 18. For minors, it is advisable to check the interest of the Pass, as some sites are free for children, while others become chargeable from the age of 3, 4 or 5. What's more, the Pass includes several wine tastings, which are reserved for adults only.
