Mamama's tarte flambée: Crispy, meltingly tender, and delicious, our tarte flambée is prepared in the purest Alsatian tradition:
The traditional version, just like in the old days
The gratinée, for those with a sweet tooth
The tarte flambée of the moment, inspired by the Sundgau region

Enjoy them on their own or with a green salad for a simple and convivial moment. Please note: Flammekueche (Alsatian flatbread) is served all day until 10 pm.

Alsatian breakfast at Mamama's: Start your day gently with our Alsatian breakfasts, designed as true moments of pleasure. Mini artisanal kougelhopfs, bread, butter, Alsatian jams, fromage blanc (a type of fresh cheese), pretzels, and artisanal apple juice: each option showcases local expertise.
Special mention goes to our mini artisanal kougelhopf, from Boulangerie Stéphane, a 2025 gold medal winner and a true signature of the house.
