Our cellar on the banks of the Loire, between Tours and Vouvray, showcases the activities that have developed in Touraine over the centuries: tuffeau quarrying, mushroom farming and the traditional method of making fine Loire bubbles. Our tasting room overlooking the Loire also offers a wide range of Loire Valley wines. 
 
New at Blanc Foussy: a tour of the vineyards of our Vieux Vauvert estate in Rochecorbon! Available from the cellar, the map offers a 5-kilometre walk in the middle of nature, with information on biodiversity, our vines and the Vouvray appellation. At the end of the walk, a tasting session is offered at the Blanc Foussy cellar.
