Choose Alsace as the destination for your next holiday! Its castles, museums and heritage, its walks... all the charm of the Alsace region within reach with the Pass'Alsace! An incomparable choice of partner sites and tourist attractions to explore Alsace at a great price. Unforgettable holidays thanks to discoveries, activities and leisure activities shared with loved ones. The Pass'Alsace has been designed for everyone, including children*.
You'll find the package that's right for your stay, with six different Passes to choose from.
*At most partner tourist sites in Alsace, admission is charged for children aged 6 and over. If you are under this age, you will need to make a calculation. In some cases, it may be more worthwhile to pay the public children's rate when admission is charged rather than taking a Pass. Contact us for a simulation!
**Pass France cannot be held responsible for any changes in prices or unavailability of services. Please check opening times with the various service providers.
The Pass'Alsace is sent by email once you have booked online (dematerialised e-ticket).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Pass'Alsace is either a physical pass (a hardened card in bank card format with a QR Code) or a dematerialised pass that you simply wave in front of a suitable reader in the places you visit.
HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE BY BUYING A PASS?
To calculate your savings, you can consult and compare the prices charged by the various partner sites.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PASS'ALSACE?
The Alsace Pass has a QR Code that you simply have to present at the places you visit. The Pass is activated the first time it is used in one of the partner venues. The duration of the Pass'Alsace is automatically calculated from the first time it is used in partner museums and sites. The Pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not).
HOW LONG IS MY PASS VALID FOR?
The card is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours, or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not). For example, for a 24-hour card, if you use it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1.59pm on Saturday. For a 3-day pass, you have 14 days from the first time you use the pass to use up your 3 days. These are calendar days (from midnight to midnight). The duration of the Pass is calculated automatically from the first time it is used at one of the partner sites.
DO I NEED TO BOOK CERTAIN SERVICES?
For the Batorama option (which you can request from Pass'Alsace), you need to go to the shop in Strasbourg city centre, opposite the Cathedral, to validate your slot. You can also send an email to info@batorama.com to book your slot in advance. All you need to do is enter your Pass'Alsace number, preferred day and time, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number . Make sure you choose your slot carefully to optimise your day's visit: Batorama is a visit that requires validation, so a day will be deducted! Don't go straight to the docks without choosing your slot! You also need to book with One City Tours in Strasbourg (by phone, email or on site). The Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg also offers advance booking for Pass'Alsace holders. All you have to do is select the free admission option (the Pass will be your proof of entitlement).
FROM WHAT AGE IS A CHILDREN'S PASS WORTHWHILE?
The Children's Pass is definitely worthwhile from the age of 6. Below this age, there is a calculation to be made, as some sites are free, while others charge from the age of 3, 4 or 5. Don't hesitate to ask us for a personalised simulation at contact@pass-france.com.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PASS?
There are over 60 partner sites in the Pass'Alsace network. You can visit as many tourist sites as you like during the period of validity of the Pass! And there's no limit! There is only one limit in Strasbourg, with the possibility of visiting 3 of the 9 museums on the list.
ARE THE SITES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ALL YEAR ROUND?
Yes, for the vast majority of sites, with the exception of certain animal parks and castles which are not accessible in winter and certain service providers who are on holiday in winter. To avoid disappointment and make the most of your stay, contact our team for advice. A Winter Pass will be available from 11 November until March.
The OTIPASS Alsace mobile application is both a tourist guide and a digital roadmap. It enables users to view all the Pass'Alsace partners and obtain information about each of them. By activating the geolocation function, you can also find the tourist sites closest to you. Combined with a Pass'Alsace, it provides information on all the visits possible with the Pass'Alsace, whether or not they have been used, their period of validity and the time remaining. This application is a guide in your pocket to help you organise and plan your holidays in Alsace!
The mobile application is currently available to download from Google Play and Apple Store.
