HOW DOES IT WORK? 
The Pass&#39;Alsace is either a physical pass (a hardened card in bank card format with a QR Code) or a dematerialised pass that you simply wave in front of a suitable reader in the places you visit.

HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE BY BUYING A PASS? 
To calculate your savings, you can consult and compare the prices charged by the various partner sites.&nbsp;

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PASS&#39;ALSACE? 
The Alsace Pass has a QR Code that you simply have to present at the places you visit. The Pass is activated the first time it is used in one of the partner venues. The duration of the Pass&#39;Alsace is automatically calculated from the first time it is used in partner museums and sites. The Pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not).&nbsp;

HOW LONG IS MY PASS VALID FOR? 
The card is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours, or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not). For example, for a 24-hour card, if you use it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1.59pm on Saturday. For a 3-day pass, you have 14 days from the first time you use the pass to use up your 3 days. These are calendar days (from midnight to midnight). The duration of the Pass is calculated automatically from the first time it is used at one of the partner sites.

DO I NEED TO BOOK CERTAIN SERVICES? 
For the Batorama option (which you can request from Pass&#39;Alsace), you need to go to the shop in Strasbourg city centre, opposite the Cathedral, to validate your slot. You can also send an email to info@batorama.com to book your slot in advance. All you need to do is enter your Pass&#39;Alsace number, preferred day and time, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number . Make sure you choose your slot carefully to optimise your day&#39;s visit: Batorama is a visit that requires validation, so a day will be deducted! Don&#39;t go straight to the docks without choosing your slot! You also need to book with One City Tours in Strasbourg (by phone, email or on site). The Ch&acirc;teau du Haut-Koenigsbourg also offers advance booking for Pass&#39;Alsace holders. All you have to do is select the free admission option (the Pass will be your proof of entitlement).&nbsp;

FROM WHAT AGE IS A CHILDREN&#39;S PASS WORTHWHILE? 
The Children&#39;s Pass is definitely worthwhile from the age of 6. Below this age, there is a calculation to be made, as some sites are free, while others charge from the age of 3, 4 or 5. Don&#39;t hesitate to ask us for a personalised simulation at contact@pass-france.com.&nbsp;

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PASS?

ARE THE SITES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ALL YEAR ROUND?&nbsp; 
Yes, for the vast majority of sites, with the exception of certain animal parks and castles which are not accessible in winter and certain service providers who are on holiday in winter. From Place de la Bourse, follow the cycle path along "Quai du Général Koenig" then "Quai des Alpes". Cross the Pont du Danube bridge on your right, towards "Neudorf Meinau". The Vaisseau will be on your left, straight after the bridge.

Bus access

Take bus no. 30 towards "Robertsau Sainte-Anne / Robertsau Chasseurs" and get off at the "Danube" stop.

Car access

From the M35 (towards Colmar or Paris), get off at junction 4 towards Kehl/Place de l’Etoile. Continue along the E52-M1004 towards Kehl. After the tunnel, continue along the Route du Rhin, then at the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left into "Rue Alfred Kastler"; take the first right "Rue Philippe Dollinger". The Vaisseau is located immediately on your right, before the Pont du Danube bridge. There is a free car park open from 07.00 to 19.00 which you can use. As you leave, remember to ask for a ticket from the security officials.

Train access

From Strasbourg train station : Take tram C, towards "Neuhof", and get off at the "Winston Churchill" stop. The Vaisseau is 5 minutes' walk away along Quai des Alpes.From Kehl train station : Take tram D, towards "Poteries", get off at the "Jean Jaures" stop and change for tram C, towards "Gare Centrale" and get off at the "Winston Churchill" stop.The Vaisseau is 5 minutes' walk away along Quai des Alpes.

Tram access
