HOW DOES IT WORK? 
The Pass&#39;Alsace is either a physical pass (a hardened card in bank card format with a QR Code) or a dematerialised pass that you simply wave in front of a suitable reader in the places you visit.

HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE BY BUYING A PASS? 
To calculate your savings, you can consult and compare the prices charged by the various partner sites.&nbsp;

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PASS&#39;ALSACE? 
The Alsace Pass has a QR Code that you simply have to present at the places you visit. The Pass is activated the first time it is used in one of the partner venues. The duration of the Pass&#39;Alsace is automatically calculated from the first time it is used in partner museums and sites. The Pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not).&nbsp;

HOW LONG IS MY PASS VALID FOR? 
The card is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours, or 3 or 5 days over 14 days (consecutive or not). For example, for a 24-hour card, if you use it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1.59pm on Saturday. For a 3-day pass, you have 14 days from the first time you use the pass to use up your 3 days. These are calendar days (from midnight to midnight). The duration of the Pass is calculated automatically from the first time it is used at one of the partner sites.

DO I NEED TO BOOK CERTAIN SERVICES? 
For the Batorama option (which you can request from Pass&#39;Alsace), you need to go to the shop in Strasbourg city centre, opposite the Cathedral, to validate your slot. You can also send an email to info@batorama.com to book your slot in advance. All you need to do is enter your Pass&#39;Alsace number, preferred day and time, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number . Make sure you choose your slot carefully to optimise your day&#39;s visit: Batorama is a visit that requires validation, so a day will be deducted! Don&#39;t go straight to the docks without choosing your slot! You also need to book with One City Tours in Strasbourg (by phone, email or on site). The Ch&acirc;teau du Haut-Koenigsbourg also offers advance booking for Pass&#39;Alsace holders. All you have to do is select the free admission option (the Pass will be your proof of entitlement).&nbsp;

FROM WHAT AGE IS A CHILDREN&#39;S PASS WORTHWHILE? 
The Children&#39;s Pass is definitely worthwhile from the age of 6. Below this age, there is a calculation to be made, as some sites are free, while others charge from the age of 3, 4 or 5. Don&#39;t hesitate to ask us for a personalised simulation at contact@pass-france.com.&nbsp;

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PASS? 
There are over 60 partner sites in the Pass&#39;Alsace network. You can visit as many tourist sites as you like during the period of validity of the Pass! And there&#39;s no limit! There is only one limit in Strasbourg, with the possibility of visiting 3 of the 9 museums on the list.

ARE THE SITES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ALL YEAR ROUND?&nbsp; 
Yes, for the vast majority of sites, with the exception of certain animal parks and castles which are not accessible in winter and certain service providers who are on holiday in winter. To avoid disappointment and make the most of your stay, contact our team for advice. A Winter Pass will be available from 11 November until March.&nbsp;

Visit of the François Schneider Foundation

Founded in 2013 in a former spa resort in the Alsatian village of Wattwiller, the Centre d'Art Contemporain offers visitors over 2,500m2 of exhibition space dedicated to the theme of water. A former bottling workshop transformed and expanded to become an art gallery, its architecture is bright and transparent. The building also boasts a panoramic terrace, a bookstore, a café and an auditorium.

Lovers of contemporary art will be delighted to discover this unusual place, which has the theme of water as its common thread through beautiful indoor and outdoor exhibitions. Located at the foot of the Vosges mountains, in the village of Wattwiller, the Fran&ccedil;ois Schneider Foundation Contemporary Art Centre is designed around light and transparency, the building includes three exhibition rooms.
