- Accessible museum area
- Access to the "chemin de ronde": closed. However, the walkway is still accessible from the Jardin des Doms to the Tour des Chiens.
- Multimedia applications can also be downloaded on smart phones or tablets (AppStore / Google Play) from the websites www.palais-des.com / www.grandavignon.fr or at the Pont d'Avignon reception desk via a special kiosk (subject to change)

- December 20 to 31, 2025: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- January 1 to 4: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- January 5 to February 6: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- February 7 to 28: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- March 1 to November 1: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- November 2 to December 18: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- December 19 to 31: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
