Cargo bikes are not permitted on board. . Dogs are accepted on board at a cost of €5 (not included in your La Rochelle Océan Pass, supplement payable directly to the partner). . Prams are not permitted on board, but folded pushchairs may be taken on board.

Motor disability

The Company is authorised to welcome people with reduced mobility. However, under certain conditions (port facilities not accessible for the safe embarkation or disembarkation of these people, more than the number of places reserved for their use on board, the size of the ship or its access doors making embarkation physically impossible), access on board will not be possible.People with disabilities or reduced mobility are therefore requested to make themselves known sufficiently in advance of the start of the service in order to determine the feasibility of boarding.Please note: not accessible to electric wheelchairs.
