Museums

Gratuit avec le La Rochelle Ocean Pass

Your adventure begins at the archaeologists' base camp, where you prepare for an incredible expedition, a meeting with Neanderthals and a journey to the origins of humanity.

Meet Pierrette, the individual Neanderthal unearthed at Saint-Césaire, and discover the reasons for her fame during a guided tour.

As you travel back in time, explore the reconstructed prehistoric campsites and experience prehistory at first hand, with demonstrations and workshops to learn how our ancestors did it.
