We welcome you in our old distillery to explain the history of our House and of Cognac by detailing all the stages of production of this wine brandy. 
In our cellars, you will understand the role of oak wood and blending. 
Our selection for tasting: 
VSOP Cognac as well as White and Rosé Pineau des Charente.

All year round: Monday to Friday at 10am and 2.30pm.

Take a 1-hour behind-the-scenes tour of the Normandin-Mercier House of Cognac and Pineaux des Charentes, from the distillation room to the cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of 3 qualities of Cognac and 3 qualities of Pineau des Charentes.
