"Musée de France" (Museum of France) approval was granted in 2005.
The museums is divided into several sections: pumps from the 17th century to the present day, various types and models; equipment and clothing: items for fire extinction, rescue, resuscitation, breathing equipment, etc, a unique collection of helmets from France and elsewhere from the early 19th century to the present day (one of the largest collections in the world); a Souvenir room: trophies, flags; mobile equipment: about ten vehicles which vary according to the temporary exhibitions. The 150 vehicles in the collection can be seen during Heritage Days.
There is also a shop.


All year round.
Open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Open the 1st weekend of the month from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Exceptionally closed  1 January, Easter Monday, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, 1 May, 8 May, 14 July, 15 August, 1 November, 11 November and 25 December.
