OBTAINING THE NANTES PASS

The Nantes Pass is sent by email after the online booking (dematerialized e-ticket).
To use the airport shuttle, public transport and P+R park and ride, associate your pass with the Pass Nantes app (free download on Playstore or AppleStore)

NANTES PASS CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation possible within a maximum of one year after purchase on the Pass France website and if the Nantes Pass has not been used (in Inactive status). Cancellation must be made via the Pass France website.
Pass cannot be exchanged or refunded in the event of theft, loss, damage to the card, partial use, closure or exceptional unavailability of a site.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The period of validity of the Pass is triggered when the Pass is used for the first time in one of the partner locations or when public transport is self-validated on the application.
• Access limited to one visit per site. However, unlimited access to public transport and to the Voyage à Nantes guided tours during the validity of your Pass.
• Offer exclusively for individual visitors.
• The Nantes Pass is not a queue breaker. Some services are subject to booking (cruises, guided tours, etc.), please contact the Voyage à Nantes advisors after purchasing your pass.
• Reduced-rate Nantes Pass holders: please bring proof of entitlement.
• Details and opening times of the sites on the app, on our website or in the tourist guide (Machines de l'Ile: annual closure of the site in January).
• Public transport: free for all on Saturday and Sunday (except airport shuttle).
• Airport shuttle: self-validation of the journey is compulsory on the Pass Nantes app (associate the pass and validate the journey).

HOW MUCH DO I SAVE BY BUYING A PASS?

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY NANTES PASS?
The Nantes Pass has a QR code that you just need to present at the places you visit. The Pass is activated when it is used for the first time at one of the partner locations.
To use public transport and P+R car parks, it is mandatory to associate your pass on the Pass Nantes application and activate the Transport button or to enter the dates and times of use in the insert provided on the printed pass.
The Pass must only be presented in the event of a check (no stamping).
Please note that in the event of a check on public transport, if the validity of the pass is not indicated, the pass holder is liable to a fine and is liable to a fine from Naolib.
To use the airport shuttle, it is mandatory to validate the journey on the Pass Nantes application when boarding. Access is only possible during the validity of the card.

HOW LONG IS MY CARD VALID?
The card is valid for 24 hours, 48 ​​hours, 72 hours or 7 consecutive days. For example, for a 24-hour card, if you use it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Saturday.
The duration of the Pass is calculated automatically from its first use at one of the partner sites.

IS THERE A REDUCED RATE?
Yes, the reduced rate Pass is for children aged 4 to 17, students under 26 and holders of a disability card. Proof may be requested at the entrance to partner sites.
Children up to and including 3 years old do not need a card.

DO I NEED TO BOOK CERTAIN SERVICES?
Yes, some services are subject to booking because the number of places is limited.
