OBTAINING THE NANTES PASS

The Nantes Pass is sent by email after the online booking (dematerialized e-ticket). 
To use the airport shuttle, public transport and P+R park and ride, associate your pass with the Pass Nantes app (free download on Playstore or AppleStore)

NANTES PASS CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation possible within a maximum of one year after purchase on the Pass France website and if the Nantes Pass has not been used (in Inactive status). Cancellation must be made via the Pass France website. 
Pass cannot be exchanged or refunded in the event of theft, loss, damage to the card, partial use, closure or exceptional unavailability of a site.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY NANTES PASS? 
The Nantes Pass has a QR code that you just need to present at the places you visit. The Pass is activated when it is used for the first time at one of the partner locations. 
To use public transport and P+R car parks, it is mandatory to associate your pass on the Pass Nantes application and activate the Transport button or to enter the dates and times of use in the insert provided on the printed pass. 
The Pass must only be presented in the event of a check (no stamping).
